South Tacoma Cross Walk

The cross of Christ compels us to pay attention to victims of violence.  Join us at 9:00am on Good Friday, April 3rd,  for a South Tacoma cross walk in which we visit and remember those who have died as a result of violence in our community over the last 7 years.  Join us for the entire walk, part or even one stop.  We’ve listed the times so you’ll know where we plan to be.  At each stop we will offer a brief recounting of the person, the nature of the violence and a prayer.  We can not do anything to bring them back, but we can do something to honor their life and work to end violence in the future.
